Technology Department Staff
Terry Morrow, Director of Technology
Mr. Morrow is the Director of Technology for the Seaman district. Mr. Morrow spent 17 years in Education/Technology positions before joining the technology department in 1993. His official duties include: administering technology implementation, purchasing and repair, managing the PowerSchool student information system, supervising and constructing district networks, and chairing district level technology committee.
Susan Pendergast, Assistant Director of Technology
Mrs. Pendergast is the Assistant Director of Technology for Seaman district. Mrs. Pendergast has been with the district since 2001 and has been an educator for over 20 years. She received her Bachelors in Education from Emporia State University and earned her Masters in Library Science from the University of North Texas and a Masters in Special Education from Kansas State University. Her official duties include: supervising Instructional Technology Specialist and Computer Lab Assistant personnel, assisting teachers implementing technology in the classroom, facilitating the K-12 library program, supporting teacher management software, supporting technology initiatives, providing staff development and serving on the technology committees.
Susan Lockwood, Data Technology Assistant
Mrs. Lockwood is the Data Technology Assistant for the district. Mrs. Lockwood started working for the district full time in 1996 for Seaman Food Service, at Northern Hills Jr. High, running the Rodlan lunch program. After working in that position for a year and a half, in January of 1998 Mrs. Lockwood went to Pleasant Hill as the secretary and worked there for 8.5 years. Mrs. Lockwood's tenure with the district has included subbing as an elementary secretary for the district off and on since 1993.

Thomas Gideon will be joining the technology staff on Monday, February 8, 2010.
SEAMAN HIGH SCHOOL
David Blackman, Technology Facilitator
Mr. Blackman is the Technology Facilitator at Seaman High School. He received BAs in Education and Math from UMKC and earned his MS in Secondary Administration at Fort Hays. Before teaching he worked in the electronics industry for seven years after attending DeVry in Kansas City following graduation from Topeka West.
ELEMENTARY COMPUTER LAB
Katie Barth, Computer Lab Assistant (North Fairview/Pleasant Hill)
Mrs. Barth is the Computer Lab Assistant for North Fairview and Pleasant Hill. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Washburn University. She began in the Seaman district in 2002 as a substitute teacher. Before accepting the position of Computer Lab Assistant in January of 2008, Mrs. Barth was the Library/Technology Para at Indian Creek.
Kristina Matsapto, Computer Lab Assistant (Logan Elementary)
Mrs. Matsapto is the Computer Lab Assistant for Logan Elemetnary. Mrs. Matsapto joined the Instructional Technology department during the 2006-07 school year. Mrs. Matsapto is a graduate of Seaman and enjoys working with the children and computers.
Joy Robinson, Computer Lab Assistant (Rochester)
Mrs. Robinsons is the Computer Lab Assistant for Rochester. Mrs. Robinson joined the Instructional Technology department during the 2008-09 school year. Mrs. Robinson joins our staff from the Library/Technology Paraprofessional at Rochester.
Stacey Wienck, Computer Lab Assistant (Elmont and West Indianola)
Mrs. Wienck is the Computer Lab Assistant for Elmont and West Indianola. Mrs. Wienck has worked for the district full time since 2003 as the Library Para for Indian Creek and Rochester. During her tenure she also held the Library/Technology Paraprofessional position at Indian Creek.
