Current Seaman Middle School - Remodel into Northern Hills Elementary. This would include renovating the SMS shop and 2 locker rooms into classrooms, remodel of current classrooms into elementary ready rooms, replacement of most of the roof, site work to provide playground areas and traffic flow. District elementary band practices would move here from SHS.
New Seaman Middle School - Would be built on land immediately south of the current SMS. Built for teaming. One competition gym with seating for 600-700 and one practice/PE only gym. 1 cafetorium, (cafeteria with stage area for productions), large band room, industrial technology room, district production kitchen and food storage facility. Allows for growth over next 15-20 years, with space for expansion if ever needed.
